Hello sir Now a days every taking below tablets I know excess is everything is harmfull but I need some information when to take if I take in future if feels weekness . 1.Zincovit after food or before or timing any 2.Shelcal after food or before or any timings 3.Becozule z after food or before or any timings particular. 4. Limcee timings any 5 .steaming what to put in steam like amurtanjan or zinda tilsmath 6. Azytromycin when to take .. .thankyou advance
