Hello sir I am Rizwan from Hyderabad. Mya sister age 29 she was loss of smell she recovered with fever last week after going hospital . But sudeen now she feels weekness or sleepiness or something consufion she feels . Her pulse 96 to 98 She was having 2 kids below 2 yrs she has fastings 26 in Ramzan recently . Kids are not even lessioning to her hence she getting week feeling . So may I know can I take levogen syrup for iron or Anemia recovery And zincovit or v total tablet pls advice .. what to do Pls do not advice about rtpcr we do at home .. thanks Just I need above advice whether levogen xt and zincovit both can we take Or not
