Hello doctors, My periods were stopping for 7 days so doctor gave me Tranexamic acid tablet, but I saw on internet it causes blood clot, can we get heart attackk or strroke from the tablet now I am scared please help

Tranexamic acid helps cutting blood over injured areas. It is not reported to cause blood clot in heart or brain arteries.
