Can we consume petra instead of fepra tablet and pulmocef 250 instead of cefoprim 250

Petra contains pantoprazole and fepra contains aceclofenac..so u can't take one for another.. pulmocef and cefoprim maybe used as they both belong to same family of antibiotics
