My gf claims she has taken citalopram 5 tablets this month. if i get married to her is this going to affect my married life or later is there a complications on kids been born with mental issue. She also ssys after marriage she will stop taking them plz advise if this is life time drug or just normal liks disprin

There needs more information about her condition for which she is taking it, then only it can be said for how much time she has to take it. Escitalopram is usually safe in pregnancy and it will not cause mental illness in child
