Is bilofast m same as Montek lc tablet? For what both the tablets are prescribed for? How long one should take?

No, both are not the same. Bilofast m has Bilastine (20mg) + Montelukast (10mg) whereas Montek Lc has Montelukast (10mg) + Levocetrizine (5mg). Both the combinations are anti-histaminics, that is anti-allergic medication, in simple terms, to control the allergic reactions/ symptoms. You can take the medication for upto 6-8weeks in case of acute exacerbation and then taper it down to as and when you have allergic symptoms
