Dear sir Sorry to ask small query Now a days every one using vitamin tablets to boost energy is it good or not pls tell and pls tell below tablets both r same kr difference 1. Becadexamin tab 2.  Becosules    this both r same combination or Because am using becadexamin daily 1 tab . Can I use becosules also pls tell .. thanks

For a person of your age with norma health don't need vitamin supplements. Both the brands you mentioned are not exactly same ,but similar in action. Continue Becadexamine.
