What are the tablets to delay periods for feeding mother's. Does it effect baby's health. please help.

There are no such tablets and nothing like this is required.Women generally do not menstruate until they are breastfeeding properly..mostly upto 6 months post delivery..this is called lactation amenorrhoea...it is natural..so nothing is needed.
