I have been taking cabgoline 0.5for last 12years .But my dose is minimised to 0.5 once a week .Can I stop it completely.Macdernoma has shrinked to a large extent.

Yes. It could be stopped. There needs to be documentation of size of macroadenoma and prolactin levels with their serial follow up. Better take a proper consult by a neurosurgeon.
