Syringomas.. around eyes.. started spreading more.. do i need avoid any certain food or cosmetices or anything .. please please suggest

Syringomas are benign tumor of eccrine sweat glands occuring mort commonly around eyes. Food and cosmetics nothing to do with it.  It has to be removed by RFC or  Laser. But avoid excessive usenof cosmetics as it can damage skin but it doesn't cause syringomas.
