Blood is coming out through my testis why i do no and i having severe pain in abdomen what is the problem

Get full clincal work up done with urine examination routine and microscopic along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine.alongwith clincal physical examination done by a urologist.treatment as per clincal evaluation findings.
