Sir,I'm feeling a lot of problem whenever I try to get up from my bed and whenever I wake-up I have taken xrays but the reports are quite normal.. I have googled about my problem I have found sciatica's symptoms... So plz suggest me some ways to get it cure from it... Thank-you in advance...
