One of the testicles are swollen very much from past 20 days.It is painless but causes discomofort . There isn't much urge of urination and frequency of urination is also normal. However fungal infection near the groin was present and applied clotrimazole powder on it.

If its since 20 days then it could be epididymoorchitis partially resolved or hydrocele.   get usg scrotum done

You probably have infection of testis/epididymis (orchitis). It need to be treated. Take scrotal support as well
