A few weeks ago at work I developed a quarter size bump beside my testicles I attempted to squeeze it and it was very painful. A few days later it was gone. A few days ago it was back and I tried to squeeze it again and a little bit of blood came out. I went to work last night (sitting for 12 hours) and it hurt for the majority of the night on the way home it stopped hurting when I got home i went to take a shower and noticed my scrotum was swollen on the same side as the lump had appeared but no pain.
