Swollen Right testicles

Hello doc, Since 1 week i am suffering from swollen testis (right) side. The pain is mild in the abdomen region and in the testis  but it's uncomfortable. Enlarge testis is covering the most region of scrotum in such a way that the normal one is behind it. Everytime i am trying it to adjust it in its normal position it keeps bulging out from it. I go to gym and i had done some done high intensity workout. But i had done the High intensity workout before but never faced this kind of problem. Please help me out
