Swelling in the occipital area . No pain. Swollen node from past 1 year. No other symptoms

Swelling in the occipital area can be lymph node enlargement, lipoma, sabaceous cyst or dermoid cyst. Fine needle aspiration cytology will confirm the diagnosis. Treatment depends on identifying the cause
