Hello user.... Nasal bone is like any other bone.... If bone fragments are displaced then we have to align them and apply cast so that they join in the correct place....
If the nasal bones are in displaced then only cast application is fine to prevent any malalignment.... Many times we avoid doing that during swelling as it's difficult to assess the deformity.... The swelling takes around 5 to 6days to reduce...
