I have swollen neck in my right side,it is kind of gland it moves when I eat or drink something.i also feel uncomfortable fir few days of swallowing something.i think it is in thyroid gland.please guide.todays thyroid report is also attached

It looks like thyroid swelling.. need to be examined locally..USG neck and FNAC from the swelling..as per your report you have hypothyroidism.. consult with an ENT specialist for opinion..
