Lymph nodes are like local protection/police station for given organs. The nodes behind ears and back of neck are generally related to scalp. If you’re suffering from dandruff or skin issues of scalp they are enlarged. Also the FNAC report says reactive, which means secondary to infection and nothing worrisome right now. But definitely needs checking on the primary organ the scalp. If thats done, nodes will resolve by themselves.
