From this fnac report report is it evident that i have reactive hyperplasia. If yes then why excisonal biopsy is recommend. The node is there for 8 months size is 1.2*0.7cm and not increasing in size. Should i go for excisonal biopsy. Fnac done two times both came reactive.

The fact that you have small lymphnode and FNAC is reactive hyperplasia so there are two ways to deal it.
First to go for excision biopsy to confirm the exact diagnosis.
Second you just wait and watch and observe the swelling if it stays as it is in size no need to worry , if pain or if swelling increases the visit doctor.
