Swollen lymph node/ lump

I found this swollen lump below my left ear about 3 days back. Its about a 1 cm-2cm, rubbary and moves. It is genrally painless, however if i prove it for too long it gets uncomfortable and painfull. I had throat pain about 3 days back, which is gone now. And my ear piercing often gets little painfull, oozes water and crusty. It is during this time that i often find swollen nodes in neck, which decrease in size later but they are never visible like this one. Is it something serious or just a swollen node I also have gingivitis, and bleeding gums rn. I have ealier had peridontitis.
