I have acute follicular tonsillitis since 3 days And sore throat, little bit ear pain Taking antibiotics for 2 days After taking medicine tonsil problm improve Little bit Having swollen lymph node for 3 days But swollen lymph node not reduced I have 3 swollen lymph node 2 under jaw And one cervical region in right neck I also have allergic rhinitis Prone to get fever easily from childhood to for cold weather or living ac room Below attached pic Is those lymph node are quite big ?? Any serious issue ? My

Take antibiotic for 5 days Sometime its reactive lymph node occur due to tonsillitis If not improve go fr usg and fnac As such no big lymph node And no need to wry

Lymph node are big and visible. Ones lymph node size increases it reduces to some extent but it stays. Since you facing cough cold long time so exclude Tuberculosis

You are having tonsillitis, with cervical lymphadenopathy, take antibiotics and pain killers, please do FNAC of cervical lymph nodes
