Swelling of face with jaw pain may be due to acute parotitis which is common condition caused by viruses. Clinical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is usually symptomatic and it will spontaneously reduce in few days
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
