I slept at 2 pm today and woke up at 5.15 pm. I found unusual pain on my both feet with red dots. The left feet has internal pain and right one has only external pain. Is this a bug bite or any symptom of disease? I am still in pain and the time is 5.27 pm now. Doctor, please reply as soon as possible.
