My 6 year woke up with a swollen fight eye with pus that she had difficukty opening it. Her lips are dry too.

Hello Her symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis Try A cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of her eye so that I may guide you better Regards

It seems to be acute conjunctivitis. Please do hot foamentation.and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and put antibiotics eye ointment e.g. ocupol at bed time.
