Hello Doctor, I am a 30 YO female. Since few day, I am experiencing swelling on and around both my ankles. Swelling is painless. But I feel pain in calves and sole after walking a lot. Also it pains while legs are in hanging position for a longer time. I am not pregnant. I suffer no other ailments. I just weaned my 2.5yo kid (it's been 20 days). Also no injury on ankle. My profession makes me sit on chair for around 6 hrs per day. I do 1hr walking everyday. Also have started exercising for around 20 minutes. Kindly guide. Thanks in advance.
