Because of hard stool my anus got swollen very very much and I am in pain please tell me a instant reliefer please the solution must be instant as I am in pain and the swelling is also too much

It might be anal fissure ...avoid hard stools by taking liquids and duphalac syrup.consult Ur doctor to for  recurrence ..take lyser d and sucralano gel for local application. morning and evening for time being consult Ur doctor for recurrence prevention...all the best

It's a manifestation of dehydration. Drink lot of water. Eat a banana during night. U will be alright
