Last night my penis is itching so much. So, in early morning is thought i should use itch guard then lucky to got relief but then when i was taking bath i saw my penis is swellon. Swelling on the nevers side not fully swellon. It seems like some insect bit but i don't feel so, it is continuously itching over there and swelling is still persistent. What should i do and one more thing that my penis is not fully swellon its like some parts of it is and it is red also. Help me
