Swelling problem

I have swelling  from 1 month in forehead that is uper side of the left eye and no pain and pimples aIso don't know what is the reason, I Consulted the doctor but its not cure. Kindly suggest me what to do. Thank you.

From the image it looks like a soft tissue swelling.Advise to meet a dermatosurgeon/plastic surgeon for best advise.

Could be soft tissue lipoma, which is often benign and doesnt require intervention
