It was small now it grew over 1 month. previously i had same swelling same area but subsided by itself. its firm to hard and slightly raised temperature. intraorally swelling is from premolar to retromolar. OPG revealed sun burst appearance and a radiopaque/radiolucent lesion. difficulty in chewing on affected side
