I am 77 years old lady, on steroids (Batnosol Forte 2 Tablets per day) for last eight months for some skin decease. Last two months, I have seen swelling on both my legs/feet, more on right foot and and less on left foot. Excessive urination and incontinence. We did check the blood sugar on fasting. It was on boder limit on higher side. Please..

Get a urine examination and renal function test like blood urea, serum creatinine ,E GFR done. Also make a voiding diary to look for polyurea( excessive urine production) Consult a nephrologist/urologist.
