My Father woke up with a swelling on his face and under eyes. Why does that happen? He's diabetic, his sugar levels are normal and no other ailments.

Hello Facial swelling happens because of many clinical conditions.. Is it only facial or generalised swelling have to be differentiated first clinically. Renal function tests also to be done. Thyroid profile
