Dear Sir/Mam, I have noticed swelling comes on my whole face after sleeping and it doesn't goes. Due to the above problem my face doesn't look good, it seems like a patient. Please if you could suggest some medicines, therapy etc it would be great. Regards, Pankaj

First of all get your thyroid checked. Also do you sleep more than 7-8 hours ? Get your urea, creatinine and urine checked. Do walking . also you can take tablet aquazide 12.5 mg for few days and than consult a doctor with the above reports.
