Swelling on face and sore throat

There is swelling under my left eye and on my upper lip, but there’s no redness or itch. I took one Benadryl liquid gel and it went away after 3 hours. Today I woke up with the same swelling, but no redness or itch. I had been having a slight itch in my throat too, but I don’t know if it’s related to the swelling. I took ibuprofen at work, could it be an allergy?
