In the area marked and exactly the same size as the white line(thin), theres a swelling around the pigmentation(it maybe OLP as i have pigmentation symmetrical in buccal mucosa), but my question is about the swelled nerve, when i touch it i can feel pulse on it, is it OLP or something else? And please tell me the cause for this kind of swelling, no pain itching or anything, little stinging was there though this evening for few minutes
