I came from dentist today at 7 pm She had given Anesthasia in gums for which it swells. The swelling should go in 1- 2 hours. It is 10 pm now and the swelling has still not gone. What should I do now? when can I start eating ?

hello, the feeling of numbness stays on for quite sometime in some individuals. you can eat as soon as the effect of anesthesia subsides. be careful so that you do not bite your lip or cheek.

Do not worry mam, sometimes the feeling of numbness stays on for quite sometime in some individuals. It should become normal by Tomoro morning. Please do not bite to check whether feeling has returned or not. You may accidentally harm your lip or cheek and traumatize yourself.
Next Steps
Wait for Tomoro morning. Rinse with warms salt water. Do not bite or pinch that area. Do not have hard foodstuff.
