Hello doctor. There's a slight swelling near my thumb. I Googled it and it's some sort of paronychia something. Advice me what to apply or do. Thanks

hey , if there is swelling , soak finger in warm water for some time , you get relief.  if has pus formation ,it has to be incised and drained
