Swelling line on penis

My husband is experiencing a swelling in his penis for over a week. It is just below the penis head. It's not hurting in urination and colour of urine is also normal (white). It only hurts when he touches the swollen line. It appeared after we had sex, I'm expecting and in the 7th month of pregnancy. Please suggest the solution.
