Splenectomy in 1993,Patient of Portal Hypertension. From last 2 month, there is some tumour type swelling with pain behind sternocleidomastoid muscle in left neck side. Took antibiotics but no help. Some times pain increases & cover whole side with Irrigation in Jaws. Now feeling same either side also without pain. Doctor suggested me Lymphonode Biospy, Ugc doppler- abdomen & Ogd scopy. What will be treatment cost in bangalore?

Get a ultrasound of the neck first.. If there is any recognizable swelling then you can go for fine needle aspiration cytology of the swelling. This will give exact diagnosis
