Swelling in the intimate part

Swelling on one inner lip of intimate part causing discomfort. Pain, Reddishness,itchiness, swollen up gland, increased size. It's been two days, regular periods, no intimacy anytime soon, no trimmer used since a month, no external medication applied. It happened a day later after using a non-familiar washroom. Please suggest me a solution for this problem. Thanks!
