Hello. Many times there are benign cysts or fibroids which are common in your age group. You can get yourself evaluated by a doctor who will examine you and can advise further accordingly

The incidence of breast cancer is on the rise. Any swelling in the breast or axilla needs to be evaluated to rule out cancer. Please consult so I may suggest appropriate tests

Lymphnode enlargements are common. They mostly have no significance. However, consult a doctor when in doubt.
