Swelling in submandibular area.

I've swelling below jawline below left ear.swelling increases as i eat something. Then gradually decreases to small lump comparitively. Pain is not there as such but when i press the lump it pains. I smoke 2-3 cigarettes a day from past a year or so. My age 22 Weight 78kg

It may be due to some instruction in outflow tract of submandibular gland. May be stone in submandibular duct.
