Swelling in scrotum veins and testicle

I m suffering from a swelling in the testicles , right side, and the veins coming down from lower part of stomach to testicles are swollen too. It doesn't pains much but I can feel that  the right side of the testicle is swollen and a little pain is thr. What are the homeopathic treatment for this? Nd is this varicocele or something else as it is in right side?

Get colour Doppler ultrasonography for the varicocele and consult a urologist for clinical physical examination
