My mother has a Swelling in right inguinal region & upper thigh which causes occasional numbness. Recently she has done MRI. The report is attached. However, in findings it is written that A nodular SOL is seen in soft tissue of anterior aspect of right upper thigh close to inguinal region. It shows hyperintensity in T2, proton density fat suppressed & STIR images and is hypointense in T1 weighted images. Its margins are mildly lobulated. Can you please review the report. Is there any chances of synovial sarcoma?

Can be sarcoma…. Final type can be confirmed by tissue diagnosis….. synovial sarcoma as per name more commonly near joints.
