Swelling in leg, breathing problem

From last few days observed swelling in feet. Problem in breathing & uneasyness. Urine is also coming in reddish color. Also not getting sleep properly from past few days. About me: I am over weight & consume alchol on regular basis. My job is usually a sitting job.
