My nephew has a swollen cheek. He is 3 months old. I consult with many doctors. Every doctor has their own opinion. Some are saying it is pus and others are saying it's infection. Now, he is admit in hospital but don't get any relief. He is crying a lot. Please help. Thanks.

If there is pus..it has to be drained immediately. If it is just a infection without pus formation (abscess) then he should have relief with intravenous antibiotics. Share blood parameters and consult with doctor for a blood culture to identify causative organism
