Swelling near left ear , left jaw region and left forehead above the eye. Slight painful sometimes . It started 3 days back when I came back from swimming

You seem to have developed inflammation of skin of the cheek and forehead area. It may be a allergic reaction or may be fungal infection. You need to visit a Dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis
