We have already consulted one pediatrician for the issue.But he advises that this is not a type of swelling and it will clear automatically. But my mother in law start massaging the area by  dabur amla hair oil.I just wanted to know is there any side effect of applying dabur amla to a 4 months old baby.

Oil, even Amla oil, massage is accepted practice in medical journal for infants. But message at swelling site should be avoided since cause of swelling is not clear. It may be inflammatory or no inflammatory. Be watchful about size of swelling and monitor it's size regularly to check it's growth.
