cardiology evaluation fr congestive heart failure Thyroid Function Test LFT,KFT,serum electrolyte Urine routine examination,  urine albumin is it pitting edema ?..put pressure on bony part n look if stays indented or nt. odr symtoms like redness pain is dere also tell if fever is present
Next Steps
once report cm we cud narrow down wat shud be course of treatment n which system is involved. fr nw restrict salt intake
