Swelling in Eyes

Left eye of my wife is showing swelling and pain in eyelid. Her haemoglobin is 9.5 and TSH is 14. What may be the reason and treatment?

Hb9.5 may cause swelling of eyelids . TSH 14 means hypothyroidism. Problem regarding Hb 9.5 can be rectified by oral hematinics like zincofer once daily for 90 days.  TSH 14 can be rectified by thyroid hormone replacement therapy in such cases with eltroxin 50 mcg early morning before breakfast
